Fast Track: Multiple Event Submission

Submitting events one at a time can be slow and time-consuming — especially if you have multiple listings to promote.

We offer a bulk submission option that lets you upload multiple events using a single CSV file.

It’s fast, efficient, and perfect for organisations, venues, promoters, or agencies running regular events.

Already already using CSV: Ticketmaster, Ticketek, Venues, Agencies, Fever, RedBalloon.

What We Accept

You can upload your events via a CSV file (spreadsheet format).

Each row represents one event. Please include the following headers/fields:

  • Title
  • date_start (e.g. 2025-10-01)
  • end_date (e.g. 2025-10-01)
  • Times (e.g. 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
  • Image (URL to image)
  • Info (event description)
  • url (event page or website)
  • Book Link (ticketing URL)
  • productID (if applicable)

Tips for a Smooth Submission

  • Images should be high quality (landscape preferred). Provide direct URLs or email them with your CSV.
    Images are resized 700px x Proportional height + 70x70px thumbnail

  • Descriptions should be clear, concise, and include key details (e.g. location, pricing, age restrictions).

  • Dates & Times: Format: 2025-10-15 for dates and 6:30 PM for times.

  • Linking: Provide full working URLs (inclduing https://)

  • Recurring Events? Add each date as a separate row for best visibility.

  • No CSV? No problem — send us your event details in Excel or Google Sheets and we’ll convert it for you.
