How did the abductor get into the facilty at 3 a.m. when there are lock down facilities.\u00a0 Were they not turned on? Where were the staff\u00a0while this man was in the facility packing up a room and removing the resident\u00a0from the building?<\/p>\n
The Police and the accreditation agency are involved but the resident still has not been located.<\/p>\n
